    hi guys work on the buses found this phone 4 weeks ago as no one has claimed it i got it but when i switch it on i get asked for a unlock code as i aint got it is there anyway i can get the phone to work

    There is a very good chance it will have been reported lost/stolen.

    But these have to be unlocked via hardware and testpoint. There are unlock codes available for the Motos that are on Voda.

    You might be better trying out the original network to see if that sim actually works ok.

    If tha handset has been reported lost/stolen please do not go into getting it unbarred as this is illegal to do.

    cheers for the advice not not going down that route bud rather bin it was givin it to a guy at work as his knackered it on o2 tried a sim but says enter pin so i just leave it thanks yet again m8 hope not to hasstle you again but no doubt i shall be back thanks again

    If it says enter pin then this has nothing to do with the phone m8, the pin is on the sim card.

    That just means it needs unlocking m8.

    Have you tried a simcard that the handset is locked to ??

    If it needing unlocking then it would ask for a subsidy password, unlock code is just a 4 digit code, bit like a pin code but for the phone
