Don't go for the cheapest gear either pal. Quality kit is a must if you want to get serious. Shame you missed the convention as you could have got everything alot cheaper.

Yeah I went with Mick, he bought loads of gun bits and flash. I was quizzing him all day long about a few fancy bits and pieces I saw. When he explained that these bits are really for show and compared them to less flashy items you could see the difference in quality. I'd love to start tattooing but I just don't have the time, patience or creative flair required.

Think you will find a lot of tattooist's dont take to kindly at people calling there machines guns.

If your just starting out make sure you get an autoclave first. ebay is good for autoclaves and needles, you might get the odd pro machine for around £70 to £150.
As for ink and stuff ebay is a nono. all ink in the uk is supposed to have a date of disposal now which a lot of ebay inks dont.

Think you will find it was a bit of advice from a tattooist himself.

Was quite funny to read this section on you so called pros. keep on scratchin as this is what it looks like from where im sitting. As for u blades if u wanna get any further in ur endevour to be a tattooist get away from this site bro and have a look around for some real tattoo forums as you will learn nothing from here. a lot of doors will be closed in ur face but dont give up.

Lose the high and mighty attitude. This is a discussion forum for people to air their views on tattoos and all things tattoo related. If you can't be constructive, don't post in here.

m8 4 posts in and your telling people to leave df, not a good start, personally if i were you id look to edit that post before someone sees it, it doesnt make you look as good as you think

no-one (other than you) is claiming to be a pro or so called pro and to be honest with you theres no need to be taking that kind of an attitude

all that is being said in this part of the forum is that - hey we like tattoos, I quite fancy this that or the other - what you guys reccon? and the likes, if you don't like it then leave but don't try persuade others to go because you don't 100% agree with someone on what to call a piece of machinery
