Faulty XBox 360 FW Hacked

Friend of mine sent back his 2nd 360 FW hacked .. as graphics were playing up .. his live account has now been supended.

Has anybody else sent back hacked fw 360's and had same ???

Even though he wiped he profile M$ must of tied up serial number to profile. used.

Will keep you updated as to what happens

Time will tell .. seems M$ are checking everything that is sent back as box was sent back with graphics problem .. and account suspended within a day .. First of many I am sure

Are you suggesting that an "hacked" 360 was sent back for repair and when MS discovered the hack on the faulty item, they just banned the live account instead of refusing to fix the faulty 360?

Guys ... mate has received email back and new box being sent out within next 48hrs .. His live account from my end is still registered and he still has his gamer points .. so in my mind they haven't banned his account as surely his gamertag wouldn't show .. What happened when xbox 1 peeps were banned ? Could you see gamertags or was the account gone???

Only going on what he said .. wasn't until I got home and check on my account that I saw he had been back online .. turns out that he hadn't renewed his live account ...

So panic over guys .. but again those that do send back faulty 360s be sure to reflash original FW first ...

I wouldnt personally send to MS a hacked FW 360 unless I couldnt flash it back and it was bricked.

sent mine on wednesday,three red lights,didnt flash it back to original and warranty sticker was out of place a bit

today i get a email.......

new shiny xbox 360 being sent to me by ups,expected monday

i think m$ just send replacements and use the broken ones for parts
