My alarm goes off at 4.56am every day apart from Sunday. I get up, work out for 1 hour, then shower, have a smoothie and leave for work. Get into the office around 7am......oh and I work Saturdays too..

My alarm goes off at 6.00am - most days I wake at 5.59am, squint me eyes open, roll over, look at the clock and it then goes off, beeping like a fooker...

However, this morning, I overslept til half 8 haha. Got a bollocking at work.
