Default My homepage has been hijacked....again :(

I have that old problem again when the homepage is defaulted to www.iehomepages.com (some anti virus software rubbish) and keep getting pop ups about "System alert: malware threats..........Cloick this balloon to download malware removal software.

Can someone tell me what I need to do from here, I have done a system scan with hijack this and here is the log:

hi m8,things like this are a real pain in the a*s.your have to go though 1 by 1 with high-jack-this.when you have got rid of whatever, download spybot & use the tea time with it.also turn McAfee to high in security settings, hope this helps out.also if youv not got a adware remover add it.if worsed comes to the worsed then its a re-format.
