How Italians Tell the Time

[Over Carl]

In the Italian countryside a man on a motorscooter drives by a farmer. He stops to ask the time.

The farmer reaches out to his donkey which is grazing besides him, fondles with its nuts and replies: "5.35".

The scoot driver looks surprised and asks the farmer if he is sure.

The farmer fondles the donkeys nuts once more and confirms its now 5.36

The scooter driver gives his thanks and drives off. He returns on the same road later that day to still find the farmer besides his donkey. He stops.

"I don't know how you did that earlier this day, but you were right. Can you tell me the time now?"

The farmer fondles the donkeys nuts once again and replies: 7.15

The scooter driver checks his watch and replies amazed that the farmer is right once more. He asks the farmer: "How dó you tell time by fondling your donkeys nuts?"
