The first one.. lol... that's just not practical is it!? He must have problems breathing with that in, and I never knew they made jewelry that size!

The second one, kinda ok, looks original at least!

The third and fourth, how the fuck do those guys eat, sleep, and live a normal life, they must lead some kind of freakshow/circus life? Plus when all that shit comes out they must look fucking awful ..lol.. each to their own.

The last one... again just odd... maybe some form of deprivation perversion maybe, can't see any other use for it?
