How to get rid of typed history from IE
Hi everyone, little query.
On some PC's when you type stuff in the search box on a search engine or stuff like the df login box, it saves some kind of stuff, so when you start typing, it automatically starts popping previously typed stuff up. How do I get rid of this? I've tried tools...internet options...delete history, but no joy.

Tools - options - content -autocomplete, and make your settings to what you want. (I think that's what you mean!)

Thank you. Should have looked around a bit more.
Now noone can see what porn I've been looking......
I meant to say noone can see my df login details.
