Placed an upgrade from 2 to 8 Megs with Ukonline on the 13th October & i'm still waiting after a month & a half!!!!

Have you given a call to chase it up mate? If your ring them and have a moan and maybe say you want to canel they might get a move on

Certainly have.
BT F@~}:@ it up two start with.
They thought it was a migration rather than an upgrade.
This put me to the back of the queue.
They then told me everything was Ok & it would be upgraded on the 16th Nov.
Needless to say nothing happened.
Must of phoned them every day since then to find out what is happening.
The girl today thinks it's been listed as a migration again.
Totally useless.
