evolution of a site design

I just thought it was pretty interesting to see how someone else goes about designing something.

pretty simple design but oh well ;P

That looked a lot like a trial and error approach, which I guess every design goes through.

When it was my day job I'd design the layout in photoshop, then I'd plan the table/layout structure using good old pen and paper. Then slice the mother up and write the code in textpad.

same here. i guess Fusens way is good enough for simple designs but the more complex then imo it's gotta be mapped out on paper first.
