Technical test looking for helpful reading material

Hi all,

I was wondering if anyone can send me some good links for reading. I have a technical test at my work tomorrow and it involves the list below. I have not done any kind of programming or anything of this detail for probaly 6/7yrs. They know this, but i would to know a little before i go in there. If anyone has any links that expalins the basics for D/B,PROGRAMMING or any of the subjects below can they please post them.
