trouble making audio backups

Trying to make a backup of oasis album and it is 87minutes long which is not the problem as i have got 100 minute discs, but when i am trying to do the backup it is telling me there is not enough space on the disc, anyone out there had similar problems? help would be very much appreciated thanx!

What program are you using? Nero? If so, have you set up the "red/yellow markers" properly from the settings menu along with the overburn settings?

yes mate using nero and as you advised i changed the markers to 100 mins but couldnt find the setting for the overwrite, unless thats the one you check when you try to burn,anyway changing the markers got it to start but it got to 74% and came up write error! any idea's?
