I have had huge problems with the 123reg email system. In the end I used a different host to route my customers email.

I use 123 reg for my work email. It forwards to googlemail with no problems. I'll try at home tonight as I'm with *** also Swiss
I've used an N*L email address with 123reg email forwarding, no probs.
these are the errors :-
hostmaster@dannysdisco.com on 21/12/2006 12:13
There was a SMTP communication problem with the recipient's email server. Please contact your system administrator.
<psdcmts01.UK.COMPANY.COM #5.5.0 smtp;550 MX record points to an invalid IP for domain:dannysdisco.com - psmtp>
no matter who at the address i send to, i've got 123 reg setup to forward all unknown emails (recipients) to my ntlworld address.
I'm thinking I need to set the MX record for *** to avoid their spam filter would this be true ?

I am also having problems with 123reg's email forwarding, I told it to forward to a blueyonder address and nothing at all comes through
I don't get any error messages or returned mails.
Leechr will grab your tv-ep nzb's for you :)
i dont fully understand what you're forwarding where and how but as you dont host zone files/dns of any description for *** then you have no influence on their MX records thus that won't be the problem.
As per above post if you host the dannysdisco.com domain you could have messed up the MX records for this one, though that would affect all mail sent to it and not just some.
I'm kind of lost as to which mail is getting denied when sent to where, best of luck anyway
fixed it with an *** MX record !
