Can see this went wrong, I think most members if interested can find the cablehack but biggys isnt really the section for it.

If you're already on 4mb, you can call up and still use this offer - you get a reduced price for one month. It worked last year anyway. And of course if you just call cancellations and threaten to switch to a cheaper adsl provider, they will usually knock a perminant lump off your monthly bills too.
