possible problem with Outlook (virus???)

Hi,

I'm seeing a small problem with outlook - every so often it shows that is is sending message 1 of 1. I am not sending any message, and when I look into outbox, or sentbox I don't see any files.

I've checked with quite a few virus checkers, but none seem to show anything strange on the system - any ideas on what I should do.

btw, does it fail ie. does it say some sort of send error every time?

BTW the fault was a time out fault on the POP/SMTP host

only problem is I can't uninstall outlookspy
