Shilpa has expressed surprise that the public kept her in the house.

"Did you think that you were going to be leaving?" she was asked by Jermaine as the two of them sat outside in the afternoon sunshine.

"Yeah," said Shilpa quietly. "Because she kept telling me that, you know, she has a huge fan base... she was saying to all of us that she had so many fans and people come up to her all the time telling her how much she's loved and she's the 20th most influential person in the world."

"That means nothing," said Jermaine. "What took place was about just being right. Being right. And if you're so famous and you're wrong, you're wrong... if you're not famous and you're right, you're right."

By all his life i would assume he didn't mean everytime he goes out in public he is being racially abused as he steps out of the door.

How you can just take what he says and dismiss it as crap shows to me how people in this country actually think there is no problem at all with racism when thats not the case.

If you're not of colour then i don't think you have any right to imply to people of colour that their experiences of racism are in their head.

Your comment a higher percentage are not racist is absolutely true, as we saw in the voting last night. However Jade and the girls still had support and a lot of apologists on their side if you read/listened to the various interviews and comments made by the public, so called experts and associates and friends of these girls over the past week. And it's NOT just the racism that puts this country in a bad light, it's the bullying, it's the farting, burping, drinking, swearing, appalling manners and general level of ignorance and bigotry of the three girls and that IS reflective of this country especially among that age group.

I cant see how this can put us in a bad light we are the most tolerant society in the world. What an individual says in the heat of the moment on a reality show has no bearing on the majoritys opinions. Its like putting a poodle in room with 3 pit bulls in the house and we all know who the pit bulls are
