Does any one remeber Battle Chess I liked it to see them fight.

I have a pc version and I can email to anyone that wants it, the only thing is that i can get the sould to work.

Battle Chess and Battle Chess 4000 I had and if I remember correctly when the King was in checkmate from the Queen, the Queen went up to the King and gave him a kiss of death. Brilliant

Yes this was entertaining. Some of the 'death' animations were great.

This the old DOS game circa 1991?? I remember playing this on the machines at university, along with a 3D Tetris game

Yeah used to play this like mad on the amiga, the animations were brilliant, we used to spend hours playing it just to let the cool knights go around chopping people's legs off

Does anyone on here still play chess? I used to play for the county when I was younger but don't play any live games any more, except on Yahoo. Problem with Yahoo is you either have total beginners or cheating scummers playing with computer aids / bots.

i remember this, what a cool game, yea think i had this around 1991, used to make me laugh, got me hooked on chess for a little while lol
