Image was converted to b/w with infrared setting and then applied to this border, first attempt so pull it to bits, the original image had too much going on in it, I find using the border helped hide some of the clutter

yep thats where i got the border from I read the same magazine, had this pic for ages as well and it just wasnt working on its own.
Ah i've seen this done but never knew what it was called, i know what tutorials to search for now ta Not so keen on the border tho it has to be said.

they was in one of this months camera mags and a bunch of borders, pm if you want them....
lots to choose from to be honest i grabbed the first one that looked semi decent but on reflection I agree I may redo this one

ive got the tutorial from the camera mag if that helps _belial of course mine aint as good but I imagine the theory is the same
