I had the standard unlimited and could still use 20 connections. Dunno why. Retention was only 65ish days though.
Think mine is now £8.67 paying in dollars.

Hmmm, cant say I've noticed this. But if any groups are missing on europe.newsdemon.com I just change servers to either useast.newsdemon.com or uswest.newsdemon.com

I have had excellent results with newsdemon using a paypal account since day one.
Haven't had a single thing refuse to download unless it was over retention date.

Please clarify so we can see if we are being short changed.

Hmm strange it's not affecting you guy's. Right I payed with paypal from day one with the and had no issues then they mailed me about a server change which was the europe/useast/uswest.newsdemon.com change and paypal users also had a p infront of there user names now, after that I got a lot of missing content and questioned them about it, they said it was paypal that forced them to do it and if I paid via another method I would have all groups back.
Switched to Worldpay with them and sure enough got all groups back and now use news.newsdemon.com and have no p in my username again.

Also to confirm this is stated in the FAQ

Guess you guy's have been lucky and everything is not in the missing groups.

Stop paying by paypal and just use news.newsdemon.com no need to keep changing servers, don't forget to use the code from the OP when you sign back up with another payment method.

does anyone else have issues on newsdemon regarding speed??

With 8 connections on astranews i was getting 820KB/s and now on Newsdemon i am currently getting average 400KB/s also on 8 connections

its kinda sucking at the mo

the paypal account i was paying with closed down - they told me my account would expire on the 6th Jan for non payment and i should cancel it and renew a new acccount.

Im still downloading today

I changed from paypal to cc a couple of months ago and it didn't transfer correctly. Went to the online support and they reactivated it on to the cc payment method and still have same username/password and the old welcomeback30 discount

Maxes out my connection 99% of time as well so quite happy with them

I hit 11-13mbps using news.newsdemon.com on my bethere line.

I'm on 30Gb/month @£4.55 paid by Worldpay with the welcomeback30 code that I used in October. Nov,Dec&Jan renewal has been followed by a support ticket asking them to alter my allocation from 8Gb to 30Gb. Feb renewal gave me the full 30Gb.
Always done within the hour. Cannot fault them for their response or the speed.
