Nobody getting any new ink??

I changed jobs back in October and aswell as rennovating my house I don't have anytime to get anything new. What is everyone elses excuse? This section is far too quiet!!!

Well im going for my first tat on 6th of March, even thought the wife has said she will leave me if I do (so im defo getting it now). Im after an upper back Tribal tat, something like the attached pic but without the red bit in the middle. Any comments or suggestions before I get it would be appreciated.

the only suggestion ive got is dont get one above the height of your shirt collar, its not fair but it will close doors employment wise if it can be seen (depending on where you work)

I'm thinking about my next piece. I am prety certain it will be a japanese dragon. I saw one on Miami Ink which was the f*cking nuts, probably the best tatt I've seen on that show. Chris Garver did it but I can find a picture of it anywhere. He did it in black and red, i'd have it exactly how he did it. This is the best example I can find:

But it was 100 times better than that. I might try to record the show next time it's on and rip the image out of it.

been getting some lost souls swimming through older tattoo's on one arm and found a space for a devil mouth they erupted from.

its funny, the first pic I posted the other day is very similar but the detail and skill undertaken by Garver is amazing and makes it a much better piece. A work of art. I might look for a specialist Japanese artist to make sure its absolutely right.

seriously though do you have to have a sob story? if so id go with someone being seriously ill and recovering (they love that kind of stuff almost as much as the ones that die)

hmm could go with the cj one and get a dolphin. Well they all seem to have some sappy story about overcoming adversity and or getting it for their mother/brother/father/kids.

could just try play the british card and imply that it would help their fanbase over here.
