Default Advice on using a courier needed....

    Hey all,

I sold something on ebay recently and the winning bidder lives in the US of A (Auburn Alabama). I need to get a quote to courier a 5kg box over to him so I can invoice him.

With it being ebay I want it fully tracking so he can't claim at any point that he hasnt received the item.

I've never done this before and was wondering if any of you guys had and which courier service you used etc.

    Any advice really appreciated.

    Cheers.

All I can think of is UPS or Parcelforce but that's not going to be cheap

Big is not always better.... Take Fat people for example.

Push down Taps, you know it makes sense. Wash Them.

    Thanks Mate, K+.

I've just had contact from the buyer who actually wants the item mailing to Bracknell so it isnt going to be the ball-ache I was expecting it to be and I can just pop to the Post Office.

Can a mod close this thread? Cheers all !

Just make sure if he paid via paypal that its a confirmed address and you get signed for delivery.

I've never had a problem posting to the US using the Royal Mail, although I'm sure there are probably cheaper couriers. The heaviest I ever posted was about 14Kg (box of old books).

    Just for future reference.
