    Question Firefox problems

All of a sudden my firefox won't work. I try to open it up and get the msg 'firefox is already running, but is not responding. To open a new window close the existing firefox process or restart your system'

I have done this and it didn't work. I checked in processes and applications running and it is not listed at all. I have uninstalled downloaded the new version and reinstalled. I still get the same msg.

    Any suggestions ?

Ctrl+Alt+Del, select the processes tab then find firefox.exe - and end process, then restart Firefox.

Happens to me sometimes - hope it works. A restart should also sort this out.

Welcome to DF by the way.
