It is the US version of PES6. I hear there are no differences to the game apart from a couple of different stadiums and teams.

There's usually some minor changes in gameplay between the three annual versions (Jap, Europe, US), but dont forget you would also have to put up with American commentary on this version, and whilst I could usually laugh through Jap commentary (Woooooooooneeeeeeyyyy!!!!) I'm not sure I could stomach the US chaps!
