Pure 80's cheese
For some strange reason it has become a mission of mine to create the ultimate 80's cheese DVD. I've got 3gb worth so far, 750 tracks. I think I've got most of the crap pop, soul, dance etc covered, but I was most definitely NOT an "alternative" 80's kid, and so I'm looking for advice for artists that I should be adding to this list. Artists like The Smiths, who I have always detested with an absolute passion.

Cheers Nikki. It came about more as chance than anything. I'm an 80's child, so it was only natural for me to collect the songs I liked, and it just kind of grew. Then about 2 weeks ago I had a "brainwave" to try and fill a DVD.

Boy meets girl "waiting for a star to fall" deserves to be on there surely as does a bit of pebbles "girlfriend" and Taja Sevelle "Love Is Contagious".

Thanks for the suggestions, I am now up to 960 tracks, 31 are currently in a download queue, but there are 3 tracks I cannot find at all, so if anyone has any of these tracks I will be forever inyour debt!

this is one of the tricky ones. Cosmic Thing was released in 1989, was no.1 in the US in 1989, charted here in March 90. I love the song so I'm keeping it in
