There seem to be a few people with software crashes but to be expected these days I guess, phones are getting as bad as games and don't work properly until a few revisions down the line. I had an order in for one but cancelled and will watch with interest to see when they become stable.

get mine on friday free on o2 8oo mins 500 texts for £40.. is the tom tom easy to use on it and does it com with any mem card at all

the uk variant was avail in 3 colour options and 3 memory card options

All the UK Disty's took without memory card as it was cheaper to buy the memory 3rd party.

Not sure what the networls took.

2gb mini-sd is £15 so buy a 2gb in my opnion

just go into menu and then maps that will start the inbulit mapping software and will then go through the builtin gps.

built-in gps wont work on tomtom m8

you will need to have memory card installed and download the maps before it will function correctly. be warned that it takes forever to download the maps


Also anyone know if there is a keygen available for the smart2go software yet??

Surely the maps can be downloaded via pc then transferred by wifi or the mini sd?

right been messing with mine 2 days now, i have installed tom tom 6 what a ball ache, keygens for map etc but thats on now and looks and is working great, i got the 1gig ultra 2 micro sd card which seems to be fine, sorted wifi with wep key etc, still not sussed seeing anything on pcs though when connected via wifi but internet browsing works a treat, went to download the maps on pc with phone connected via usb and picked england ireland etc and yes on my 4mb connection was gonna take about 2 hours lol, phone seems good volumes good, size is good, but when playing music its breaks up a bit when visulizations (equalizer graphics)
I have router and bridge (for xbox) and access point in house does anyone know about streaming from n95 onto pcs or can/will xbmc see phone and whats this upnp stuff

First impressions are extemely good, and its lightening fast compared to my N70.

My only criticism is that its a little less intuitive that previous nokia phones i have had.
