starview problems& repairs

Please can someone shed some light on the starview on why it stops werking when you donot switch off from the switch at the back.its stoped werking& ineed to repair it,were do they blowor what componenat is prone to power loss& no boot of system.i really appreciate any help& thankyou allot in advance

I`ve had a wee look about, and cant find any were as yet as to repair the systems.
Could be that they are now so cheap and are forgin so to speak which would be one of the reason why no one is doing them.
