Pretty simple mate , get the weight off the bloke and ask him just to wrap some brown paper around them or something. Then call couriers, either local or global (DHL, TNT, Parcelforce etc.) and they will quote you.

You can also check their websites for a guideline price.

They will then pick up from him and deliver to you.

    Happy daysss

4 tyres as a third party collection will be quite pricey. If parcels to go will do it for £20 I'll be surprised.

Using my businesspost account I would expect to pay about £40 (guessing weight at 30KG) for them to be collected and delivered into me.

put in the weight of 10kg per tyre. , 4 parcels wrapped seperately with parcel2go is £40 ish...... still saves me a fortune on the tyres so going to go with that i think....

parcel2go is max of 30kgs for each parcel so send it off as two parcels, cost you 20 quid then.
on another note if you check ebay for couriers theres usually some good deals. last one i recommended was 6 quid next day courier and thats max 30kg aswell using DHL.

    hope this helps
