This is the second time it's happened. Initally, a few weeks back, some twat's house was desstroyed in County Durham, whilst the daughters parents were away for the weekend - she's still in hiding, to frightened and ashamed to go home

I personally don't see why its worthy of so many news articles. I remember as a 15-16 year old, house parties were the norm, and things would occasionally happen. The killer one was when some kid in the year below got asked by his mate in a boarding school who had no mates to organise a house party as his parents were going away for a few days.

Anyway, no mates asked year below boy to just spread the word and invite everyone he knew - bad idea.

Loads of us knew there was gonna be a big one in acton that night but noone knew where, so we all met up at acton town staion hoping someone would know. After about 50-70 of us got together, no-one still had any info, but I had noticed the station was a lot busier than normal, and there seemed to be a continous stream of people similar age to us heading purposefully in the same direction, so I suggested we follow them.

We got there and it was madness, the worst I personally remember being involved in was letting off a couple of fire extinguishers in the kitchen and using the floor as an ashtray, althuogh the whole house was out of control until the police came dead on midnight and closed the party down.

A few days later I heard the kids dad was a historian and loads of ancient books and stuff had been destroyed, damages were in the region of £20-25k, and thats was probably worth a touch more about 10 years ago.

Seeing that story made me reminsece a little, anyone know where any more going to happening

yeah, but £20k's worth of damage is some house party.

Still insurance should pick it up.
