I went to sainsburys this evening to get some beer, and they refuse to sell it to me because of licencing laws.
Didn't the goverment sell loads of bits of paper for millions of pounds allowing shit stores like sainsburys to sell me beer?
twats.

Loads of foreign guys spouted up round my way tabbin 24/7 fags and booze to the door, like a taxi service, have you googled your area mate, to see if it's happening there.

They're a shitload more expensive though.

had the same problem last week. went to tescos picked up my guiness and the bastards refused to serve me. Was a 24 hour tesco too, had to find an off licence at nearly double the price.
in scotland its 10pm mate, so its real shitty for us
Haha, yeah I know smartarse I'm just pointing it out. I thought to be honest everyone knew that licensing laws in this country meant that you couldn't buy alcohol from supermarkets who weren't properly licenced and the like after 11pm.
Maverick's tip of the day- always keep beer in the house (hence how I can be drinking a lovely cold bottle of Tiger right now). I should charge for these.

Think yourself lucky! We need to organise that shit before work if we finish after ten and we're screwed if we forget!
heh Sainsbury's have a 21+ policy too! A kid can go to the pub when he is 18, fuck a whore whilst smoking but can't get served in Sainsbury's lmao
Plus they have switched carrier bags to real cheap nasty ones. They call them recycled. I call them fucking useless. Stick a 6 pack in there and they end up bouncing off the floor.
Rant over. Sorry but I heard Sainsbury's being mentioned
Actually I'm sure Sainsbury operate the Think 21 policy whereby they ID anyone who appears under the age of 21, not refuse to serve them.

Maybe yes. I'm over 30 and don't care about 21 year olds, but what about the bags?
hahahahahaha.
Shit.... Why can't I drink when i want it.
It's bollocks!
I'm actually surprised they haven't sorted this out yet.
If I'm doing my 24 hour shopping at 2am and pick up a bottle of wine for tomorrow's meal.
(Or indeed a 6 pack for a late session on the xbox) why the hell can't I do that.
It's all wrong I tell thee.
Edit:
I could easily go and buy some paraffin and matches and set fire to something, as long I stay sober doing it.
What sort of fecked up place are we in.
ROFL
lol
TBH I don't blame them. Come kick out time supermarkets would be full of drunks pissing the deep freezer, slapping the self-stackers and abusing the ugly checkout girl.
I bought some booze at about 12.30am at Asda, they seem to sell booze round the clock, done it a few times so it wasn't just a fluke.
Ugh! This thread is pissing me off purely cos you think you have it bad!
I do have it bad. Next time I'll visit Asda. Beer, Beer, Beer!!
I'd start drinking now if i could!
