just read your blog mate...
are you only eating 3 times a day now or are you sticking to your initial 5-6 meals a day?
maybe your portion sizes could be reduced slightly, or your overall daily intake could be reduced slightly by say 250 calories every 10-12 days... saying that are you sticking to any particular plan for this?

heheh... it is very easy to fall off the blog thing... I'll admit to that myself... although I do keep a diary which I take to the gym every time.
thought id jump on this an say its been a good read an the support u guys are giving is gr8 i found this a good read coz im sort of in the same boat as jim 18st eat a lot of crap an at crap times iv not been to well an just found out i got diabetes so i not only gotta cut all the crap out coz of it but i need to for health so just thought id say gr8 read an keep it up jim ur not the only one out there m8
