Changed to Orange now IE wont work

Gents

writting on behalf of my boss.

He changed over to Orange for his BB.

Installed the discs etc, live box up and running. MSN messenger working, outlook working.

When he launches IE it freezes every time and he has to reboot PC.

The 1st time he ever lauched IE it worked, went to a website.... and the entire PC rebooted. Ever since IE does not work.

Rang Orange last night but they went through the usual delete cookies, temp files etc.

Told him to launch IE and naturally it froze.......... boss advised it would take 10 mins or so to reboot so Orange said to ring back if still not working.

Anyone had smilar probs or can offer advice ?

Got a funny feeling that IE7 doesn't like working with Orange.

Sure I have read that some where.

Thats if it is IE7?

If he cant access net how can he roll back to IE 6 ??

As far as I am aware if it is an upgrade from net and not from the Windows package. then add/remove programs and delete it, restart system and IE6 should be back.

Not 100% on this, so will need some one else to confirm this.

install firefox and change the icons to the ie icons,
