    FF rocks mate

it installs as a separate browser mate

so you can use IE7 at the same time

if you dont like FF, (which i doubt!) you can unsinstall it like any other program

when you are installing FF, it will ask you if you want to import your bookmarks from IE7, so its a seamless transfer.

Install FF and run a plugin called IE tab. It switches to the IE engine at the clcik of a button. Perfect for checking your coding.

I will go along with what everyone has said. Firefox is more secure, faster and there are many plugins that you will love!

Try Opera too, I find it even better than FF (which of course dicks on IE).

Firefox is great - but the only issue is after a while of use - it just slows down.

The more extentions the slower it is.

So if you run a max of say 5 to 10 I would say you would be ok.
    Have Fun.

@maverick - opera is good for sure. But I found that some websites layouts look messed up. Web builders make sure IE/FF is catered for but some don't bother with others :/

Hah, apart from Yahoo! notifier and eBay negs (which I've just installed ) I have the same extensions as you, but I have quite a few more, but only to do my job. EDIT: Oh I don't have paste & go either.
Note: I am not an admin. I just have a red name

Yeah, that is true. It used to be a lot worse though, websites are increasingly supporting Opera. On the occasions when it doesn't work I use FF. Overall though for the minority of sites that do fuck up Opera is worth it I think.
