First of all, are these supps any good?

and if so, do they require milk to be mixed? As I can't handle milk and if it does require them, are there any that do not require milk?

no, they don't look good and they look very very expensive.
No I don't know of any protein powder that needs milk, they can all be mixed with water.
Why can't you handle milk before i reccomend anything to you?
I just don't like it.. I don't know why.. I'm not a picky eater or anything, but it just makes me feel like I'm going to hurl...
Note: NOT lactose intolerant!
Just checking, if you were lactose intolerant whey protein may do a lot of damage.
You could buy unflavoured bulk powder at just over 20 quid for 4.5kg which is very good quality, or spend 30 on 0.750kg of stuff that is poor quality and probably tastes of a horses arse.

the bog standard whey for me (1st link), thats what i have and it tastes kushty, but if you don't like it you can always add flavourings, stuff like options hot choc flavours, nesquik, coffee etc. It doesn't have much flavour to it so it is easy to mask and really good for making things with.
edit: Cheaper too
