Must admit, didn't like it at first but it's growing on me. Would look superb on the new Nike kits next season Bright new badge with throwbacks to our glory days for our bright new future

Gord love the villa, but if they don't buck up their ideas their badge for the season after next will look something like this....
Spoiler:
Not likely? We are only about 10 points off the drop zone this year... it was the same last year too!
Last year we had clueless O'Dreary!
This year was all about Martin O'Neill getting to grips with the team and I think his January signings have shown what they're capable of (it was his Jan signings that won the game for us against Man City). You do realise if we'd won 3 or 4 of the games we narrowly avoided winning and drawn we'd be in a European place by now. It was only because of our bad run over Xmas (which is largely due to our tiny squad!) that we were down there in the first place. Both the start and end of this season we have looked very very good. We're gonna spend big too in the Summer again :banana4

I admire your confidence... but I gave up on the excuses many years back!
Wait till the Blades are in town on saturday
I'm hoping we put a lovely dent in your confidence
As for the badge... not too bad!
I've had a soft spot for Villa, having done my degree just down the road and spending my parents cash going to the matches there back in the days, but honestly, this badge looks cheap and plastic.
PREPARED - Villa goes Boy Scout!
Actual.....ly (said in a Brummie accent) McGregor (villa director) came up with the idea of the football league in 1888. The lion was around then but it wasn't until 1906 that Villa started using the "Prepared" motto.
However, it still doesn't distract from the fact that the above are taking the piss out of a motto that has been around for over 100 years, and are only highlighting how blind they are! Try taking the piss out of the performance on the pitch... it easier!
Have faith D-G, let MON do his dealings in the summer then see how we do, he really only had the Jan transfer window to get players in and didn't do too bad. Let's judge next season when he's had all summer to get players in, and we have got a 6 point head start with Blues being back in the premiership.
TIM-MAY!!!
SouthPark
the only dealings M-O-N will do is when he moves to a different club. West ham maybe.
If Doug Ellis was still there, he would be already gone
