Attention Better shape for under £35!!!!!!!

So you think you want to get into shape but don't want to commit to shelling out for a gym membership or buy expensive home equipment. There is an answer. This little lot will set you back under £35 and will be ample to train with for the first 3 months. At least then you won't be too out of pocket if you decide that being in great shape ain't for you

    Resistance tubes set

    Swiss ball, pump and dvd

    Door anchor for tubes

You don't have to go for these exact ones of these 3 bits of kit (the 3 tubes being one of the bits) so shop around. Most come with instructions and this set up will get you well on your way to getting in shape.

Post back in if you find any of the items cheaper out there....

I, personally, don't think you need anything at all to get in shape, especially when you're just getting started. For the first 3 to 6 months, your own body weight should be enough to help you get in shape. Pessups, situps (different types), squats, dips, and other similar exercises should be plenty to start with. If you then find that you want to build more muscle, faster, or in a specific location, you can do a good range of exercises with a cheap pair of dumbells.

You have a point, body weight exercises can be a great way of getting into shape. However, I think you may be preaching to the converted since Roachy did this very good no weights workout guide a while back http://www.digital-forums.com/showpo...18&postcount=1

Haha, yeh, looks like you might be right there. Looks like a pretty good workout too, might take some tips from that myself...
