Question Thinking about going under the needle

Was thinking about going under the needle and getting my Daughters name in Elvish writing and date of birth underneath.

Where would be the best place to get it? (was thinking about the top of my back)

Was also thinking about getting a Guardian Angel underneath the writing, (bit like David Beckham's, but with the wings).

If anyone can help me out with pictures I would be grateful, (googled for some images but they all seem to be really small.

Any help or suggestions would be great!!

    Thanks in advance

    Gav

My Puny little arms put me off getting it done there.

Not a one for pain, so might go for the least painful place, (where ever that is).

Making myself sound like a right little wimp here.

i wouldnt worry about the pain its not pain free where ever you have it so get it where you want it rather than worrying about how its going to hurt

btw guardian angels with wings can if not done right look alot like a fairy so have a good look at the work the artist has done in the past, all the ones ive seen have had a book with photos in (not all do though)

as for where my self id have a big one done on the calf, running down to the foot and possibly the text along the size of the foot or above the angel (side of the foot ould hurt alot though)

Looks like I am going to go ahead and book an appointment.

The tattoo I fancy is a made up design (by myself) and I am using it as my avatar.

Would post it bigger but I can't add attachments through being a naughty boy.

What do people think?? 2 Liverbirds and my daughters name and DOB

Obviously I think its absolutely disgusting. If you replaced the liver birds with two little red devils ......

Seriously, I'm sure it will look lovely!

Big day on Monday, starting to get a bit nervous (soft twat).

    Anyone got any advice?

I have posted the design to see what you think.

If names need to be added (more kids) then there is room.

There's not really much advice to give mate.

Try and stay relaxed, as tensing up only hurts more

If it's your first time under the needle you may find it a pleasureable experience. Yeah, it fucking hurts, but a nice sort of pain (if you're into that kind of thing!)

As for aftercare, there's lots of stuff you can use, but I just want for savlon and never had a problem.

Get the pics upped when it's done mate

it's not painful in a proper way mate, so don't even worry about that. Just go along, enjoy the actual tattooing process, ask your artist all the questions you ever wanted to know about anything (although tattooing in particular) and enjoy it, cos it's gonna be there for the rest of your life!!

    Looks a nice design m8

Mine felt ok. From what I remember the outline gave a bit of pain but the filling in kinda tickled more than anything.

Aftercare, as said before, Savlon worked for me perfectly fine

And post pics when do get it finished
