Not sure if anyone sorted you out with this but there's a very current NZB (10 days old) which has all 13 of the DVDs.
Has anyone else managed to complete this? just starting out? I am interested in giving it ago.
On Saturday I will have completed the first 3 weeks and am looking forward to the 'rest week'
I am 5ft 11" & started out at:
13st 8lb
body fat 25.1%
BMI 26.6
At the end of week 2:
Still 5ft 11"
13st
body fat 20.9%
BMI 25.6
I can start to see results already 'beer belly' is nearly gone and there is definition to my stomach, shoulders, arms & back. It is not easy and for the first 2 days I was in agony, but things get easier and now I don't ache at all (and I have a herniated disc)
I have followed the diet plan (90% of it)
My first 3 weeks routine has been:
Day 1 - Chest & Back & Ab ripper
Day 2 - Plyometrics (I modify a couple of the moves)
Day 3 - Shoulders & Arms & Ab ripper
Day 4 - Cario (should be Yoga, but felt it was too long 1h:30m & I had to keep stopping to see what to do)
Day 5 - Legs & Back & Ab ripper
Day 6 - Kenpo (or Cardio depends how my back is from day 5)
Day 7 - Rest (This is a Saturday. My wife puts up with the excercise 6 days a week so I make sure I do nothing Saturday so we can have family time without trying to squeeze in a session)
I try to do all routines in the morning.
The Ab ripper destroyed me the first week, but each session I can now get further into it without the need to break. I should be finished by 26th September!
