Step by Steps

Following on from the comments from Cenus_'s excellent step by step Steak and Pasta dish, I've decided I'll have a play at the weekend. Step by Steps for Three courses... If you can hack it!

For starter I'll make a caramalised onion tart (For the vegies)
For main I'll cook... Chilli Chicken with noodles (Spicy!)
And for dessert, I'll make melting chocolate puddings.

Check back on monday and see how it goes!

Must get digi camera sorted...
