Default Calorie King Nutrition and Exercise Manager

Typical ...lol... I sat down for 2 hours this morning writing down all my foods and details, so as to keep track of my diet and then I found this little gem on the newsgroups.

Calorie King Nutrition and Exercise Manager!

It does the whole hog for you using an extremely simple drag and drop GUI!

The only downside was I had to list my foods seperately but that's no big deal if you know the values. That took me about an hour.

But once set up it easy to us, and a hell of allot easier to keep track of what you are doing! Plus there's loads of fancy graphs and stuff if you like that kinda thing :)

    nzb attached....

Any chance you could rar this and up it to rapidshare or similar? No newsgroup access here.

I would host the file but as it's something I can't post here pm me your email if you can't get hold of it.

with regards to the program, I have been using it for a week now.... I previously thought I was eating enough and also the correct % amounts of fat, carbs, & protein according to my calculations, but I soon found out I wasn't ... I actually struggled the first few days to meet my quotas but have since sorted things out.

Had my weigh day today too and found that I had only very slight increases/decreases from my last weigh day... very early days though, considering!

Been using this for a week now as well. Its a real eye opener if you use it properly and enter in the details of EVERYTHING you eat. Those damn calories are qucik to mount up

Trying to get an even balance without going over your limits can be tricky sometimes...

I have added everything I eat to it, I feel like I'm on the verge of getting an ocd ...lol...

I have learned a fair bit more about what I eat though through using this, the other day I found a bottle of stella artois fitted nicely into my schedule, which was a pleasant surprise!
