Gorge Walking

I wonder if anyone can help me.

I went on an activity weekend for part 1 of my stag do and visited sheep land.

The activities we participated in were paintballing and Gorge Walking, I have done both activities in the past and love to Gorge Walk.

In the past I have done it in Middleton in Teesdale and was wanting to do it there again (as it is no where near as far as Wales)

Can anyone point me in the right direction? websites or phone numbers of an activity place.
