Banana Ice Cream - no icecream maker required (easy)

I have had marridge proposals a plenty on this, its just soo much betterthan anything i've brought and oooooooooo so creamy and smooth ...please i beg you to try it and get back to me nobody culd hate this!!
Banana Toffee Ice Cream
150g full fat milk
1/2 juice 1 lemon
300g full fat cream cheese (philadellphia - plain not garlic )
125g golden caster sugar
3 very ripe banananas browner beter
2 crunchie bars - 45g ones

put all the ingrediants in a blender (NOTTHE CRUNCHIES) ad whiz up
Wack the crunchies off the side and smash them up a bit
Tip smoothie type mixture into freezer proof container add crunchie bits and stir once

Cover and freeze for 5 -6hrs take out 5 mins before serving

No whizz i find other ways to work it off and this is adapted from a childrens recipe its ful lof potasuim and thats good for you and its got good milk fats and .... its healthy ok!

And the banana may be rich in potassium but with all that refined sugar and mutated fats from the soft cheese your body will probably not be in a fit state to absorb it.

That recipe is about as healthy as cancer.

no offence but OI defo not a male, i'd offer to prove it but i aintthat kinda galthanks ...least not yet ... and you prob more chance of cancer from your mobile phone,local pub,exhaust fumes from cars, than from my icecream.

Use quark not Philedelphia. 50p instead of however much more expensive philedelphia is, lowin fat and tasteless virtually.
