they have always done this even when there were shops but as they are now only a handful of shops left they are going to the net and the rest of the shops are reverting back to curry's so as they are now a net supplier they price match the net but just be aware the price has to include delivery you cant stiff them by quoting a net price and picking up from store and of course they have to have it in stock.

hi bobbobb never sore it on there web before and the price dose not include delivery just the price whats stated

just told my m8 this and he bought a lcd tv online price from digitaldirect £580 and thats what they charged him + free delivery
but digitaldirect wonted £45 for delivery which would off made it up to £625

i guess it depends on what you buy at dixons as well

the only check they usually do is that the rival actually has it in stock

i love to go in and ask em if they price match Still
they hate it when i bring in press adverts and the such

i gotta find a real bargain to have a laugh in dixons over the weekend

Me being a miserable sod cant see the point in price matches.

If I see something cheap I buy it from the cheapest source because I think the cheapest source havent been greedy fu(kers in the first place so deserve the money. Why give robbing bastards the chance to lower thier price ?

Now if they promised to undercut that would be a different matter but match ,no thanks poke it.

I'm guessing if the price is ridiculously low they'll carry out even more checks. Then of course you might get into trouble with trading standards when people are trying to buy it off you for a quid
