Capturing stills/movies from 360

What's the best way to capture screengrabs or videos from my 360? I want to try recording in-game footage. Don't know why really - must have too much time on my hands! I've tried hooking it up to my DVD recorder but that just won't accept the signal (presumably this is intentional so that I can't just record DVDs playing back from the 360). Would a regular TV->PC capture card work?

Cheers for the reply Fearless - just in case you're interested, I came across a little thing called the Gamebridge which seems to essentially be a USB video capture peripheral. The RRP seems to be in the region of £70, but I've picked one up on eBay for a tenner - let's just hope it actually works!!

Let us know how that goes Parker - I got a different one for about £30 a while back, works fine with my *** box but cant get it working with 360 at aoll, even in SD redolutions - it just plays the 360 splash screen then freezes up.

Well that was a waste of a tenner! Got it all set up, but no joy. As far as I can tell, the gamebridge doesn't support PAL 60 mode, and given that most 360 games simply won't run in PAL 50 mode, that makes it pretty much useless for use with the 360.
