    Default Opening DMG Files

    Does anyone know how I can open a DMG file in windows?

    DMG= Macintosh OS X Disk Copy Disk Image File

    you can use magicISO or ultraISO or even Nero to burn it, but it's MAcsoftware..

    Does this program do the same as alcohol? The reason I ask is I'm running Vista and can't find alcohol thats compatible in the usual places However i won't bother if magiciso does the same job.

    your still going to need mac osx though unless your running an emulator or one of those mac OS on pc bodges to run the dmg

    [edit] ah I see what you mean. TBH I don't use it to burn images. I just use it to edit them (put additional directories/files in etc.)
