Dose any one knows of any good bars, restraints or activates (beside the basic sex, drugs and rock n’ roll) in Blackpool.
I understand many of you are just going to head to the bar at the Norbreck for the whole weekend with one hand on your pint (of Babyshame lol) and the lap of the member to the left.

We get the same arguments every year about people complaining that its not in london or down south but the same reason applies why we dont have it in Glasgow either. Blackpool is a great venue and pretty much middle of the road for everyone. Sure there are some people that are 20 mins away, thats their bonus. So get you hand in your pocket and make the effort lads! I havent missed any and I am 100 miles away so thats 6 x 200 miles round trip - 1200 miles ! so make an extra effort this year and jump on a train or hitch a ride or club together for fuel and designate a driver or something. Use your imagination? The point is Blackpool works, thats proven. Its cheap and never fails to give a good night (or 2) out. If it aint broke dont fix it. If I can make it this year (Rap knows what I mean) then anyone can so come on!

Will be good to see all the faces that always say they will come and do (You know who you are) and will be good to lift the middle finger at all the ones that say they are 100% there and no posts for a week after through embarraesment and shite excuses (you know who you are too!)

If Fireblade can make it last year, anyone in the UK can. Top effort fella. If you can make it this year I will buy you a pint :-)

Well I’m fully booked up for both accommodations and travel now, It just a case of finishing work as quickly as possible so I can hit the bar on the Friday.

Depending on how works goes I’m tempted to offer the Staff of DF a pint for managing to maintain one of the best communal sites on the web.

1. We always use the Norbreck. Buffet is great. Bar is great. Steak Restaurant is great.
2. I am sure that ppl will have space for others to bunk if they need to.
3. I will be there Friday at around 7.
4. Stop wasting posts saying lets go somewhere else. We always do Blackers - its tradition and we have a good time.
5. If you want to stay somewhere else cus its cheaper thats cool - but we will be meeting / ending up end of the night at the Norbreck (bar is open till crapola A.M so its great)

Just a thought for next time. There seems to be a few of us who would like to go but the travel/work commitments cause some problems. On that note what are the chances of moving the bash around each yr lets say blackpool every odd yr and london every even yr that way more peeps would be able to go and so on.

why not have one in london earlier in the year and keep the one in blackpool, some members have taken the initiative to have their own bash in cardiff/south wales area.
