Small Xbox 360 Query??

i,m selling my 360 and just formatted the hd, i have never used it online, and i got it from ebay, the seller says is never been used online either.

the question is is that ok for the new user to access live or is the machine only unique to one user if you know what i mean?

and how can i find out if it hass been banned just in case?

i think you just retrieve profile for live accounts if thats what you mean.

As for seeing if its banned , you would have to connect id say

only the xbox is banned, not the user or hard drive or anything else.

I would check first just incase you are. As i would be peed off if i bought one and was told it is fine on Live and then figure out its been banned.

Yes you will need to create an account.

stick a network cable in, go to System Settings and set up your network settings (should work in default unless you have a static network, ie: not DHCP fed). Then you can sign up to a silver Live account from the Live section.
