An investigation started after the footage of the 18-year-old was posted on YouTube and the location recognised as Leicester's central fire station.
A fire brigade spokesman said the men had been at work and had tarnished the reputation of the fire service.
At least one of the men unsuccessfully appealed against his dismissal. <!-- E SF -->

It is believed he is taking further legal advice.
The incident is believed to have taken place last year but action was only taken when the film appeared on the website Youtube about two months ago where it was viewed by hundreds of people before being taken down.
The woman was tracked down as part of the internal investigation into the incident and interviewed.
It is not thought she was paid to perform the striptease.
Fire Brigades' Union Leicestershire brigade secretary Rich Palmer said his members felt the punishment was harsh.
"We don't in any way condone this behaviour but these men have lost their jobs over a few minutes' stupidity.
"We are also concerned that whichever person or persons posted the clip have not been found so it could turn up again."
