Die Hard 2 last night.

Was flicking through the TV guide last night, and Die Hard 2 was supposed to be on ITV but they were showing Cliffhanger instead.
Is this because of the Glasgow Airport attack? (Terrorists attacking an airport in Die Hard) I remember years ago, Airplane2 was supposed to be on the day after the Lockerbie disaster but was cancelled.

The Lockerbie one I can understand, but why the cancel this last night?
It's not like anyone was hurt or anything?

They either cancel it or face the possibility of 100s of letters of complaint. I would have left it on.

What was more tasteless than allowing the film to show was putting Cliffhanger on.
