Mapi spooler unexpectley shutdown in outlook 2000

Hi guys, Im currentley at work and this problem has been peristant for two days now. I have googled it and everything. It says it could be a damaged .pst file , an email stuck and an emial with no file extenstion. I have investigated all these paths and still cannot find a cure. for the error message. ??

Any ideas?

go to the control panel, mail options. delete your profile and recreate it. helps with a lot of outlook errors.
