Coughing on Coins
A young woman in a local cafe jumps up and says her husband has swallowed a £1 coin and his choking.
A man steps up and says he's experienced at this sort of thing and wraps his hands around the mans balls and gives a quick squeeze and out pops the coin.
"Thank you" says the woman. "Are you a paramedic?"
No replies the man...
